Day Forty Four: Sunday, July 19, 2009
University of Puget Sound and Workshop 5
Got up and did my usual run at about 6 and the back of my thigh tweaked a bit. This reminded me of the year my knee tweaked on the way up to this workshop.
We headed over to UPS at about 8 and it's now almost 9:30 and I'm in my dorm room getting all set up
